The Roll Model® Method
The Roll Model® Method is a method of self-care, using the different Roll Model® therapy balls for self-massage. I will teach you how to use your breath, and anatomical and mental awareness combined with different rolling techniques to help you guide the therapy balls over parts of your body that suffer from overuse, underuse or misuse.
The knowledge and tools I provide can give you the power to tend to your aches and pains as they arise keeping your body feeling and working well. Getting your body moving from the inside out is a way to nourish tissues, and awaken proprioceptive nerve endings benefiting your central nervous system.
