As an extensively trained and experienced Pilates teacher, my practice is rooted in my belief that movement is a way to improving one’s quality of life by increasing strength, suppleness, and self-confidence. By putting ‘movement awareness’ at the center of my practice, I empower my clients to achieve new levels of wellness and strength. Combined with focused breath, mindful movement can be the gateway to improve our emotional wellbeing by reducing stress, and stimulating our ability to relax. My sessions work to restore movement efficiency to help you obtain your physical goals. Whether you wish to move without pain, achieve an athletic endeavor, or play with your grandchildren, you will be able to apply your new skills to many aspects of your everyday life.
